Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in recruitment (construction/non-IT).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
Proficiency in using ATS systems like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
