Role & responsibilities Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for IT and non-IT roles. Source potential candidates through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, and referrals . Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial telephonic/video screenings . Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams to understand requirements and provide timely hiring support. Track and manage candidates through the ATS or internal hiring tools. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
