As a leading International Executive Search and Selection business with over 20 years of industry experience and 120 offices worldwide (including 30+ in India), we are currently looking for a Recruitment Professional to join our team in Pune (Hinjewadi) with an immediate to less than 30 days notice period. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the End to End Non IT Recruitment Cycle - Source and Screen Candidates from Job Portals - Coordinate Interviews and Onboarding processes - Interact and Coordinate with Clients - Engage in Social Media Activities and marketing campaigns to attract talent - Design Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting strategies - Utilize in-house CRM to generate candidate lists and marketing materials - Maintain focus on self-directed performance and career progression goals - Prioritize workload to ensure maximum revenue generation through productive activities **Must Have:** - 6 months to 3 years of Recruitment Experience **What will you gain ** By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the leading Global Executive Recruitment firms.
