Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  entire recruitment cycle

  — from sourcing to onboarding.

• Identify, screen, and shortlist

  potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

  with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases

  and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and share

  daily/weekly recruitment reports

  with management.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Stay updated with current

  recruitment trends and best practices

  .

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  end-to-end recruitment

  (non-IT or IT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
