Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Presales Executive (German Language) at AM2PM Support. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, responding to RFPs, and interacting with potential clients via calls and emails. Daily tasks include presenting our services to potential clients, understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team with customer service queries.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication skills in German
• Experience with RFP processes
• Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
