About the Role

Recruiter with a focus on IT Infrastructure and Networking

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements within IT infrastructure and networking domains.
  • Write and post effective job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and keep the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updated.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages as needed.
  • Stay updated on trends in IT infrastructure, networking technologies, certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS, Azure), and hiring best practices.
  • Represent the company at tech career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or networking domains.
  • Good understanding of roles such as:
    • Network Engineers
    • Systems Administrators
    • Cloud Architects
    • DevOps Engineers
    • Security Analysts
    • Data Center Technicians
  • Familiarity with certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical knowledge or hands-on experience in networking or infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience with volume hiring or hard-to-fill roles.
