Shift: ANZ Shift (2 AM – 12 PM)
Mandatory: B.Com Graduation

Role Purpose

• Perform daily and monthly financial/accounting transactions within the general ledger system.
• Manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of accounting records.

Key Accountabilities

• Daily allocation of work to the team.
• Manage & supervise activities such as:
• Journal postings
• GL/SL & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets
• Reporting
• Manage Helpdesk activities.
• Identify customer queries and resolve them after coordination.
• Perform general accounting activities with high accuracy.
• Ensure integrity and completeness of accounting records.
• Prepare month-end reports and support variance analysis/comments.
• Handle Month-End Close activities.
• Implement controls and segregation of duties (SODs).
• Conduct activity reviews.
• Prepare and update SOPs periodically.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly governance decks and other reports.

Technical Capabilities / SkillsSystems

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Excel Macros & MS Access database creation.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Finance modules.

VNA & Language

• Strong English communication skills (oral & written).
• Ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.

• Flexible and positive approach to business needs.
• Advanced Excel preferred.
• Mandatory 5 days work from office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
