You adhere to operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and timely. Support the team in providing top-quality operations and document procedures for additional controls. Responsibilities include ensuring effective reconciliation by understanding the product, adhering to operational procedures for accuracy and timeliness, supporting the team and leader in providing top-quality operations, documenting procedures and identifying additional control requirements, completing daily checklist and reporting, actively resolving exceptions with the team, preparing case notes and sharing learnings, identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency, performing in a fast-paced environment with effective prioritization, collaborating with the team leader and acting as a backup, and communicating process updates to the team and ensuring understanding.
