Reconciliation Specialist / Data Acquisition

As a Managed Services Analyst / Reconciliation Specialist / Data Acquisition, your role will involve providing service delivery, client communication, problem resolution, documentation, and client relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that services meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). - Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients regarding service status, issues, and improvements. - Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. - Maintaining up-to-date documentation for service arrangements, configurations, and procedures. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing proactive support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any stream with an MBA will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of Reconciliation products and types. Data Acquisition knowledge will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of IT systems, SQL, DBA, RDBMS networking, operating systems, and related technologies. - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Ability to adapt to changing technology and client needs. - Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of problems.,
