Reconciliation Specialist / Data Acquisition

As a Managed Services Analyst/Reconciliation Specialist/Data Acquisition in our team based in Chennai, you will leverage your 10 years of experience to excel in various key responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients regarding service status, issues, and improvements. Your role will involve identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining up-to-date documentation for service arrangements, configurations, and procedures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing proactive support will be essential for successful client relationship management. To excel in this role, you should have a graduation in any stream, with an MBA considered as an added advantage. Strong understanding of reconciliation products and types, as well as data acquisition knowledge, will be beneficial. Technical expertise in IT systems, SQL, DBA, RDBMS networking, operating systems, and related technologies is essential.
