Job Description

Seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling pooling/settlement accounts and general ledger (GL), handling claim settlements, and ensuring the accuracy of reconciliation reports. This role also involves managing vendor payments, coordinating with vendors, processing files in the Core Banking System (CBS), and submitting various reports. Additionally, the candidate will participate in new projects related to their respective channel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reconciliation of Pooling/Settlement Accounts/GL.
Process and settle claims efficiently and accurately.
Review and verify reconciliation reports for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
Manage and process vendor payments in accordance with bank policies.
Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.
Participate in new projects and initiatives related to the respective channel.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
Process files in the Core Banking System (CBS) accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and submit various reports as required by management.
