Job Title: Office Executive / Administrative Assistant

Location: Behind Best Price, Opp. Raj Bag Marriage Garden, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452010

Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Draft, reply and manage emails effectively.
• Maintain data and prepare reports using MS Excel (basic to intermediate skills).
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
• Manage documentation, record-keeping, and filing work.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative activities as assigned.
• Provide support in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
• Ensure a friendly and professional communication approach with clients and team members.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Freshers can also apply, experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Email drafting and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
