Receptionist/Administration Support

Institution: Shree Krishna PU & Degree College Location: Mantapa, Bannerughatta Post, Bengaluru – 560083 Position: Receptionist Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary: The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact at the college front desk. The role requires a courteous, organised, and efficient individual to handle reception duties, assist visitors, manage phone calls, and provide administrative support to the institution. Key Responsibilities: Greet students, parents, staff, and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments. Provide accurate information about the college, courses, and admission procedures. Maintain front office operations, including visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and student inquiries. Handle basic documentation, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Assist with student record maintenance and coordination with the admin/academic departments. Support daily administrative operations as assigned by the Office Administrative Officer or Principal. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate Degree. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi . Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, data entry . Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (preferred), preferably in an educational institution.
