The role requires a courteous, organised, and efficient individual to handle reception duties, assist visitors, manage phone calls, and provide administrative support to the institution. Key Responsibilities: Greet students, parents, staff, and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments. Provide accurate information about the college, courses, and admission procedures. Maintain front office operations, including visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and student inquiries. Handle basic documentation, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Assist with student record maintenance and coordination with the admin/academic departments.
