Eligibility Criteria : Master’s Degree in Kannada (MA) Preferably with B.Ed or NET/SLET qualification (for Degree level) Teaching experience at PU or Degree level is an added advantage Basic computer knowledge is mandatory (MS Office, email communication, online teaching tools) Strong communication skills and subject knowledge required Roles & Responsibilities : Teach Kannada to PU and/or Degree students Prepare lesson plans, notes, and assessments (digitally if required) Guide students in co-curricular and cultural activities Use basic computer tools for academic documentation and teaching Maintain academic discipline and uphold institutional values Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
