Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence through email.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings for clients with our design team, and manage the calendar.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Visitor Log Maintenance: Keep an accurate record of visitors and manage sign-in and sign-out procedures.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Coordination with Staff: Assist other team members with various tasks as required, ensuring smooth internal communication.
