Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff courteously.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front office cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth communication flow.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Prior experience in front-office or administrative roles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
