Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional smile.

Manage the front desk area; keep it clean, organized, and stocked with materials (forms, stationery).

Handle inbound calls courteously, redirecting or taking accurate messages.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mails and courier arrangements.

Manage visitor logs and ensure visitor security compliance (sign-ins, badges).

Provide receptionist support to administrative and sales teams (scheduling, documentation, data entry).

Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use.

Track office supplies; place orders as needed to maintain inventory.

Assist with general admin tasks expenses tracking, travel scheduling, handling emails.
