Female Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor records and courier handling.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings as required.
  • Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day support activities.
