JOB DESCRIPTION : RECEPTIONIST AND FRONT DESK MANAGER, STEPS CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH

Brief Job Summary

In accordance with the needs of the ages of the population served by STEPS Centre for Mental Health, this role includes responsibilities for daily operations of the centre.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must have excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Responding to phone calls, business enquiries and messages.
  • Client scheduling and coordination for meetings. Client interaction, dealing with escalations and follow ups, coordinating for prescriptions, reports etc for clients
  • Overseeing invoicing and billing for all clients
  • Driving adherence to internal client processes including assessments, follow ups and compliance
  • Overall upkeep and maintenance of the centre. Including coordinating with vendors for day to day management issues.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Must possess excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to problem solve with a sense of personal accountability. Have the ability to take ownership of customer / client issues/ roadblocks and solve their problems.
  • Must be able to organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must maintain adequate personal grooming consistent with professional appearance.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective communications and working relationships with other employees, patients, and their families as well as the general public, across all age groups, including but not limited to paediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional behaviour by adhering to departmental and organisational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately.
  • Must be able to accept constructive feedback and professional criticism from supervisors and adjust performance and behaviour as recommended.

Job type

  • Full time, onsite at our office in Gurgaon with occasional travel to Delhi.
  • Work week includes Saturdays.
  • Work timings 11 am - 7 pm M- F and 9 am - 5 pm on Saturdays.
  • Our office is conveniently located next to the Yellow Line (Metro)

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline. Full time graduates preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience in premium organisations is preferred.
  • Experience in servicing domestic and international clients
  • Experience in working with systems and technology
  • Experience in working in a team with demonstrated leadership skills

Related Training

  • Must be proficient with computers and with several computer program applications.
  • The ability to work with spreadsheets at an intermediate level is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
  • Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make the discriminations in sound.
  • Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel to and from different locations and sites, if required.
  • Must have manual dexterity sufficient to perform various keyboard functions.
  • Must be physically present at the assigned job site.

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹9,319.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
