Job Description

Responsibilities
    • Visitor Management:

       
      Greet visitors and clients warmly, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and maintain visitor logs and security procedures.   
  • Communication:

     
    Answer and direct incoming phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages.   
  • Administrative Tasks:

     
    Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supply inventory.   
  • Mail and Deliveries:

     
    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch.   
  • Office Maintenance:

     
    Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.   
  • Scheduling:

     
    Manage and update appointment schedules, calendars, and conference room bookings.   
  • Support:

     
    Provide administrative support to other departments and assist with tasks like preparing documents or coordinating travel arrangements.
