About the Role:

Front Desk Executive

presentable, well-spoken, and confident in managing front office responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins professionally
Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, and phone inquiries
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for appointment flow
Assist in billing, payments, and maintaining basic front-office records
Support administrative and CRM-related tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in clinics, salons, hospitals, or customer service preferred
Fluent in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to handle multitasking calmly and efficiently
