Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and perform various administrative tasks to ensure a seamless office operation.

Shift timngs :10am to 8pm

Karve Road Pune.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (1-5 years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
