Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere to guests.
Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
