Receptionist

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller cum Receptionist to join the Metro sales team. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle until closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide property recommendations.
• Generate bookings for site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repetitive business.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide property pricing, documentation, loan, and location details.
• Give timely updates to managers about lead progress and challenges.
• Attend project promotions, property expos, and sales campaigns as required.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to handle sales rejections and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / direct sales (Real Estate preferred).
• Education: Any Degree / Plus Two (Sales/Marketing background is a plus).
• Languages: English + Malayalam mandatory; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12000-15000

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (Sunday weekly off)
• Flexible to work on weekends for site visits if required
