Job Summary: We are seeking a well-spoken, professional, and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a polite and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Handle inquiries in person, by phone, or email and provide accurate information. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Coordinate with other departments for office needs or visitor arrangements. Follow security procedures and ensure compliance with front desk protocols. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Fluency in [English/local languages] depending on company requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer service or hospitality. Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
