Receptionist – Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)1. Front Desk ManagementGreet visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area. Issue visitor badges, maintain visitor records, and ensure proper security protocols. 2. Call HandlingAnswer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly. Maintain call logs and route important queries to appropriate departments. Provide accurate information to callers. 3. Administrative SupportManage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day documentation. 4. Record ManagementMaintain attendance & visitor registers. Update employee/visitor contact lists. Manage filing, photocopying & scanning as needed. 5. Customer ServiceAddress walk-in inquiries and direct them to the relevant department/person. Ensure positive visitor experience. 6. CoordinationCoordinate with internal departments for any admin-related tasks. Support team members with logistics and communication. 7. Office Discipline & ProtocolFollow and enforce company policies. Maintain confidentiality of documents and information. 8. ReportingDaily reporting of calls, visitors, and admin tasks to supervisor.
