Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure effective patient flow. Manage waiting room and inform patients of any delays or changes in schedule. Collect co-pays or payments and provide receipts when necessary. Assist with general administrative duties including filing, scanning, faxing, and data entry.
