The role requires handling patient queries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience across all shifts. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist patients and visitors with a professional and empathetic attitude. Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing teams for efficient patient flow. Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in queries. Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in hospital software. Support OP billing and insurance coordination if required. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception/front office area. RequirementsGender: Only FEMALE candidates are requested to apply. Experience: 1–2 years of front office/receptionist experience preferred (healthcare/hospital experience is an added advantage but not mandatory). Languages: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, hospital software, WhatsApp handling). Location: Candidates living in or around Gachibowli, Hyderabad are preferred. Shift TimingsRotational Shifts: Day, Afternoon, and Night (as per hospital schedule).
