Position Overview We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecalling Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves handling front desk operations, attending calls, managing inquiries, and supporting the HR/Operations team with telecalling activities. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Duties Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages. Guide visitors to the appropriate person/department. Manage couriers, posts, and other administrative tasks. Telecalling Duties Make outbound calls to candidates/customers for recruitment, sales, or service follow-ups. Handle inbound calls and resolve queries effectively. Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Explain company services, job opportunities, or product details clearly to prospects. Schedule interviews/meetings as per company requirements. Requirements Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. Basic knowledge of MS Office & Computer Operations. Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
