Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive. The primary responsibilities include welcoming and directing visitors, handling incoming calls and correspondence, managing schedules and appointments, and assisting with office operations. The role also involves ensuring an organized and professional front office environment, providing administrative support to other departments, and maintaining records efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling front desk operations, managing schedules, and welcoming guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing correspondence and office records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing interactions with clients and staff.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and coordination between departments.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, along with strong customer service skills.
• Prior experience in reception or administrative assistance roles is a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
