Receptionist cum telecaller

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable.
• Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a professional environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain and update office contact lists and directories.

Telecaller Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients to promote products or services.
• Answer inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a database of customer information, feedback, and call records.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Report customer feedback, complaints, and market trends to the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
