Attend incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned department
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk
Schedule appointments and meetings
Follow up with customers through calls
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
Manage basic documentation and coordination work
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
