Job Description: As the Receptionist cum Telecaller (Female Candidates) , you will handle front desk operations, attend incoming calls and inquiries, and convert leads into appointments for our aesthetic treatments. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk. Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally. Explain available aesthetic treatments and packages over call/chat. Convert inquiries into booked appointments. Maintain appointment schedules and patient records in the system. Provide courteous and helpful information to clients. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow up with leads from social media ads and other campaigns. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate 13 years of experience in a similar role (Aesthetic clinic) Friendly, professional, and presentable Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
