Job Description

To attend calls,fix appointment s,computer entry,good communication skills Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management – Greet patients and visitors warmly, handle inquiries, and manage the reception area. Appointment Scheduling – Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic software or registers. Patient Assistance – Guide patients regarding registration, forms, and direct them to the concerned doctor or department. Telephonic & Online Communication – Answer calls, respond to emails/messages, and provide information about clinic services. Record Management – Maintain patient files, reports, billing records, and update databases accurately. Billing & Payments – Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain proper accounts of daily collections. Office Support – Assist doctors and staff with documentation, printing, filing, and other administrative tasks. Inventory Monitoring – Track office and front-desk supplies (stationery, forms, etc.) and coordinate for replenishment. Coordination – Liaise between patients, doctors, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Compliance & Confidentiality – Ensure patient data privacy and follow clinic policies and healthcare protocols.
