ales & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and close deals.
• Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales through strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

• Maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and support.
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.

Lead Management & CRM

• Maintain and update CRM records and call logs accurately.
• Track leads from first call to closing the sale.
• Share insights on customer behavior and feedback to improve processes.

Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align campaign goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, support, or issue resolution.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily call reports, conversion reports, and follow-up schedules.
• Analyze call performance and contribute improvement ideas.

Professional Conduct

• Follow call scripts, communication guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Represent the brand positively and maintain customer confidentiality.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
