Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly skilled and organized Receptionist with 0-2 years of experience to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and patient records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
