Role &

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Maintain office records, logs, and filing systems

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning

Coordinate with internal departments to direct visitors and requests appropriately

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Follow company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and security procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate

Female

English Speaking & Writing must

Knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Outlook
