Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at The Art Of Living Human Resource. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch support to our employees.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
