As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Your role involves managing daily front desk operations, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars on our app.
• Coordinating with various departments to support day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a neat, welcoming reception area.
• Handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Taking videos for social media.
