Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Manager located in Kochi. The Reception Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily receptionist duties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service, and maintaining organization. This role involves managing the front desk, addressing client inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Organization Skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
