Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including accounts receivable and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve receivable management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to receivables and payments.
Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with receivables, such as bad debt or credit risk.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in receivable management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with financial software and systems, such as accounting and CRM tools.
