Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Receivable Executive in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, such as delinquency rates and collection efficiencies.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables, including fraud and credit risk.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Experience with receivable management software and systems is an asset.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
