Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in receivables. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain accurate records of outstanding debts and credits. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize recoveries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and improve cash flow. Analyze and report on delinquency trends and provide insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
