Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivables process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve receivables management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with receivables operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with emerging enterprise banking products and services is an added advantage.
