Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivables process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve receivables management and reduce credit risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management. Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders regarding receivables-related issues. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, finance, and economics. Experience in managing receivables operations, preferably in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
