Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Receivable Executive in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in receivables and collections, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the entire receivable process, from invoicing to payment collection.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on receivable metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in receivables and collections.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
