Job description Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation · Contact Potential Clients: Reach out to prospective buyers, sellers, through cold calls or inbound inquiries. · Qualify Leads: Assess the interest and needs of leads to determine if they are viable prospects for the business. · Follow-Up Calls: Continuously follow up with potential clients to remind them of the offerings and answer any queries they might have. 2. Client Interaction · Provide Information: Answer questions about available properties, project details, pricing, amenities, and location. · Offer Property Solutions: Suggest suitable properties based on the clients needs, preferences, and budget. · Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings, property viewings, and site visits for interested clients. 3. Data Management · Maintain Databases: Keep records of all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. · Track Communication: Ensure accurate and timely updating of client status, preferences, and any important feedback. 4. Lead Conversion · Coordinate with Sales Team: Pass on qualified leads and any relevant client information to the sales team for further engagement or closing the deal. 5. Customer Service · Address Client Concerns: Handle objections, complaints, and queries effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. · Assist in Paperwork: Support clients in understanding and filling out necessary documentation for property transactions. 6. Reporting · Prepare Reports: Regularly update the team about the progress of leads, conversion rates, and any issues that arise during interactions. · Track KPIs: Measure key performance indicators such as the number of calls made, appointments set, or deals closed.
