Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Pune. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for real estate sourcing and asset management. He will have to be involved in Property Sourcing which includes research and validate the properties being submitted and do a due diligence on the property (which will include travel as well). He will need to do project management for the deals being processed and manage real property transactions. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential properties, conducting market analysis, guiding clients through property investments, and due-diligence ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills in the real estate sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of real estate laws, processes and regulations
• Civil Engineering and/or law background candidates preferred
• 3-4 Years experienced
