As a Real Estate Sales Executive at HJ Real Estates in Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi, your role will involve handling both resale (lease/rent) and off-plan properties. Your success in this position will be defined by your ability to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. By actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maintaining and updating property listings, conducting market research, and staying updated on property laws and policies, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Handle both resale (lease/rent) and off-plan properties. - Maintain and update listings of available properties. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Stay updated on property laws and policies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, with experience in the real estate industry being an advantage. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. In addition to your sales responsibilities, your ability to work collaboratively with others, demonstrate strong negotiation and convincing skills, and exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities will be essential to your success in this role. Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market, excellent command of English, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be advantageous.,
